Revision in CWT Refund Process | 10:41 AM GMT, August 1, 2011

Please note that with effect from 08 August, CWT will no longer require you to complete a refund form.

To submit an unused ticket for refund, simply email us at refund.sin.sg@contactcwt.com with the following information:-

• Full passport name of passenger; and 
• Ticket number for refund

Refund submission(s) will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt. We will process and send to the airline within 5 working days. Please note that airlines will take between 6 weeks and 6 months to process a refund.

Please circulate this message to your travelers and travel arrangers.
