TravelPro Script:

TravelPro Script - a front office application for Galileo system to facilitate our reservations process and ensure correct entry of specific data elements pursuant to business rules and requirements of Carlson Wagonlit Travel and the Galileo Accountant system.

 

The modules available in this version are:

  • Profile Move
    • Finds a company and a traveller profile (if available), and moves all profile information into an active PNR.
    • Prompts for information that is required for that client if traveller profile’s not found (i.e. Traveller information, Credit card, Passport information, etc.).
     
  • Pre-Trip MI Data
     
    • Depending on the client account, Pre-Trip MI information is required before fare quote/file fare. This would include, for example, Employee ID, Department, Cost Center and Travel Approval fields and others.

       
  • Fare Quote/File Fare
    • Calculates air fare based on fare type and standard client pricing schemes and adds air fare information into itinerary remarks. This provides for consistent calculations when quoting prices.
    • Automatically generates a selling fare and
      commission to be entered into the PNR. Also
      accepts user input for the MI fields of predominant class of service, ultimate ticket destination, and trip type (round-trip or one-way).

       
  • Other Service
    • Accepts user input for auxiliary products and services and enters the accounting information for these products and services into an active PNR using the correct formats with respect to the Galileo Accountant system.
CWT Discovery:

A web-based online travel management reporting and analysis tool, providing travel managers and key business stakeholders with access to business critical information at their fingertips.

 
CWT Self Booking Tool:

Our online booking solution maximise control of your travel programme, whilst ensuring savings. The power and simplicity of our tool encourages travellers to adopt self-booking and through using our tool you will reduce your average ticket price, increase policy compliance and reduce transaction costs.

 
E-tickets/E-itinerary:

A service that creates a convenient electronic airline ticket rather than the conventional paper ticket. All information is stored electronically in the airline computer database.

 
E-invoice:
 The future of all business billing transactions in this ever-changing age of technology as more businesses place more emphasis on efficiency and cost savings.

 

E-invoices are invoices delivered to clients electronically rather than the conventional snail-mail approach. Stored in the computer, this enables travellers to search and track for specific data easily. Also, the traveller can now receive invoices immediately as soon as their tickets are cut.

 
CWT Hotel Programme:

A web-based hotel program which gives travellers the reasonable selection of hotel properties in the most frequented business destinations worldwide.
